Return and Refund Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges.

      - Hygiene and safety: Our jars and bottles are filled and handled with care, and are not altered after packaging. Products that have been opened or used cannot be restocked or resold, for your safety and that of all our customers.

      - Temperature sensitivity: Our whipped body butters are sensitive to heat. If yours arrives soft or melted, simply place it in the refrigerator for a few minutes to help it regain its texture.

Is there a problem with your order?

Write to us at vrtyskin@gmail.com with your order number, and include photos if the product is damaged, incorrect, or missing. We will review the situation with you. If there is a problem with your delivery, contact us so we can help you with the claims process with the carrier.
